Short Take: ABI and BigBook enter alliance

BigBook will license American Business Information's database of 16 million U.S. yellow page business listings under a strategic marketing and distribution agreement signed by the two companies. ABI will make invest an undisclosed amount in BigBook as part of its third round of financing, and ABI founder and chairman Vin Gupta will join BigBook's board of directors.
