As part of AOL's beefed up marketing campaign, America Online members will soon get something to go along with all those free AOL discs they keep getting in the mail: a free video. On the agenda are AOL's plans to make its service stand out from others, how it intends to reach new members, and something it refers to as "audience segmentation." Their ad campaign will include infomercials, national ads, a new Web site, and a member video mailing.
