NetRadio fizzles out

NetRadio, which once transmitted audio programs online, is being dissolved, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. NetRadio's shareholders approved and adopted a plan of liquidation and dissolution. The Minneapolis-based company filed a notice of intent to dissolve with the secretary of state in Minnesota. The filing was not a surprise. In October, NetRadio shut its doors and laid off most of its 50 staff members after failing to secure investments.
