Join World AIDS Day on the Net

In an effort to recognize World AIDS Day, San Francisco-based Vivid Studios has created a site complementing the NAMES Project Foundation, an organization that works to raise AIDS awareness.

The site includes information about the AIDS Memorial Quilt, a collection of 32,000 cloth panels, each sewn by people who have dealt with the epidemic. Users are invited to add their own panel to the 20-acre-long quilt. Other features include video clips about the battle against the disease and AIDS education information and statistics.
