New Netflix trailer for Marvel's 'Iron Fist' packs a punch

Get ready for Netflix's new Marvel superhero series to bring martial arts justice to New York City.

When billionaire Danny Rand returns to New York City after having been missing for years, the criminals are in for a rude awakening in "Iron Fist," debuting on March 17, 2017, on Netflix.

In the new "Iron Fist" trailer, which Marvel showed Saturday at New York Comic Con, Rand tries to reconnect with his past and his family legacy, while fighting against the criminal element corrupting New York City.

Using his kung-fu mastery, Rand, played by Finn Jones, has the ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

The "Iron Fist" cast -- Jones, Jessica Henwick, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey, David Wenham and Rosario Dawson -- and showrunner and Executive Producer Scott Buck all took the stage for the first time at New York Comic Con as well.

"Iron Fist" is the fourth of four epic live-action adventure series from Marvel ("Daredevil," "Jessica Jones" and "Luke Cage" are now streaming on Netflix) all leading up to the teaming of the main characters in Marvel's "The Defenders."
