IBM has filed for a 30-day extension for its response to a SCO Group lawsuit alleging that Big Blue misused SCO intellectual property, an IBM representative said. SCO, owner of Unix intellectual property originally developed by AT&T, sued IBM for in March.
SCO said IBM had to respond to the complaint this week.
