Intel will plug its Net-based technology in a "cybercast" of a Hootie & the Blowfish concert, with real-time audio, video, and chat.
The cybercast of a Hootie & the Blowfish concert will feature real-time audio and video streaming, updated reports from the site, and live chat sessions.
The event will take place at a venue near Denver. It will combine live video with Web content using Intercast technology. Special kiosks at the show will be "tuned" to the Atlantic Records site, which will combine audio, video, and commentary on the same framed screen.
The cybercast begins at 10 p.m. ET on both nights.
