The whole sorry mess about GAME Australia's administration is, well, a sorry mess, but there's something to be salvaged for video-game lovers, at least.

In-store and online, the beleaguered company is offering 40 per cent off selected titles, and there are some pretty swell deals to be had.

The website is running pretty slowly, but we spotted Alien vs Predator for AU$18, Assassin's Creed Platinum for AU$15, BioShock 2 for AU$18 and the Bulletstorm limited edition title for AU$24.

Sorry, GAME Australia. We will profit from your demise fondly and sadly.
