CNET UK Likes cake, pants and our first 1,000 Facebook fans
The CNET UK Facebook page has hit 1,000 fans! Since so many people were kind enough to hit the 'Like' button, we made a short video in which we 'Like' a few things ourselves
On Friday the CNET UK Facebook page hit 1,000 fans. That's an important milestone, and since so many of you took the time to check out our Facebook page and click the 'Like' button, we decided to show our appreciation by making a short video in which we 'Like' a few things around the office.
Our hope for the Facebook page has always been to provide readers with a behind the scenes look at CNET UK as we craft the reviews, news and features that keep your tech cravings sated. We hope this video does just that -- after all, there aren't many other ways you'd find out about Rory's emergency pants.
We're delighted with the popularity of the Facebook page so far, and we're going to be bringing you much more in the future, particularly photos, video and insights into the team in action. This video went up on Friday, so expect more sneak peeks like this. And don't forget, it's also the best way to get hold of a particular team member if you have a question, since we may or may not be glued to Facebook all day anyway.
On the other hand, if Facebook isn't your bag, you can always grab us on Twitter, or through the comments on our stories. Trust us, we read them religiously.
Thanks again -- we hope you like the video.
