The classic MTV program "Cribs" will make a comeback, but not on television. The show, which featured tours of outlandish celebrity homes, will return as short-form videos on messaging app Snapchat, Variety reported Thursday.

Original episodes of the show were produced between 2000 and 2011, though not continuously. The new format will feature celebrities filming their own walkthroughs and is set to debut in June, with new episodes added weekly. MTV launched its Snapchat Discover channel in February, around the same time that parent company Viacom signed a deal to sell advertising for Snapchat. MTV didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
