AudioAudit reels in $9 million

AudioAudit announced Tuesday that it raised a $9 million first round of funding. Polaris Venture Partners led the round, which included participation from Ridgewood Capital Venture Partners. Both firms received board seats, as well. Paramus, N.J.-based AudioAudit develops software that automatically captures, retains and reports transmitted encoded broadcast content.
