Apple recently updated its Mac OS X operating system to version 10.2.5. The company said the new version improves functionality and reliability for its AirPort and Bluetooth wireless software and its system providing "Classic" compatibility with applications running on the Mac OS prior to version X. Apple said it updated the operating system, also known as Jaguar, with FireWire, graphics, Image Capture, mail, security and OpenGL graphics improvements, among other additions.

The update is available for free on the company's Web site, or for $19.95 for the compact disc via the company's online store.
