Apertus releases a new version of its Enterprise/Integrator, an object-oriented development tool for accessing, integrating, and managing data in systems distributed throughout an enterprise.

Apertus (APTS) released a new version of its Enterprise/Integrator, which is used to develop data warehouses. Version 3.1 of Enterprise/Integrator is now available for Sun Sparc Solaris 2.5.

Apertus Technologies develops and markets enterprise-strength solutions to enable the access, integration, and management of data in systems distributed throughout a corporate enterprise.

Enterprise/Integrator is an object-oriented development tool for creating applications that cleanse, merge, and synchronize data from multiple databases. The product allows users to graphically develop solutions for complex data quality problems, such as consolidating redundant data.

The product was originally available on the Hewlett-Packard 9000 Series and is also available for Windows NT 3.5. The company did not announce a price for the new product.
