Mobile World Congress 2011 is still a few weeks away, but Samsung is getting the buzz going early by posting a teaser site for its next-generation Galaxy S smartphone.

The page doesn't reveal much, other than to say, "Something big is coming" and "Evolution is fate." Samsung said it will post another teaser preview on February 1, but the big reveal will occur on February 13 at 10 a.m. PT.

We should also note that Sony Ericsson is scheduled to have a press conference on the same evening, at which we might see the oft-leaked PlayStation Phone.

CNET will once again be traveling to Barcelona, Spain, to cover Mobile World Congress, including these media events, so be sure to check back then for our full coverage.
