The rumored Samsung Galaxy A series of smartphones could range between $350 and $500 when they launch, SamMobile reports.

Expected to debut in the third quarter, the Galaxy A line should be comprised of three LTE-equipped models: the A3, A5, and A7. And, based on chatter thus far, we might expect entry-level, midrange and high-end specs from the trio.

According to sources close to the blog, the A3 will cost between $350 and $400, while the A5 will command a slightly higher $400-to-$450 price. Sitting at the top of the food chain, the A7 may come in with a $450-to-$500 sticker. By contrast, today's typical Samsung is at least $100 higher per tier.

Whereas the A3 and A5 are alleged to receive wide releases, the A7 could be offered with limited market availability.

Although the hardware details are sparse for the A3 and A7, we have a fairly decent picture of what the A5 might hold. Specs leaked last week point to a 5-inch 720p HD display, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Additionally, the Galaxy A5 could sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 16GB of storage and a 2,300mAh battery.
