Wireless vet joins Telephia as CEO

Wireless data provider Telephia announced Monday the appointment of Michael Mullagh as chief executive. Mullagh was previously president and CEO of Whisper Communications, and before that was president of Canadian service provider Rogers AT&T Wireless. Tom Frangione, cofounder and current CEO of Telephia, will lead the company's strategic and organizational development. San Francisco-based Telephia is a privately held company whose investors include AEA Investors, Oak Hill Venture Partners, The Megunticook Fund and Cedar Grove Investments.
