Video: Samsung Omnia i8910 HD hands-on
The Samsung Omnia HD has a glorious touchscreen and is the first phone to shoot high-definition video. Check it out in our hands-on video
Samsung hit MWC with some hi-def force yesterday, unveiling the Omnia HD to widespread oohs and aahs. It's the first phone to shoot high-definition video, but we thought its best feature was its glorious 94mm (3.7-inch) AMOLED touchscreen, which packs in 360x640 pixels. We were on hand to caress and cuddle it in our hands-on video.
The screen of that resolution can't show you HD, of course, but it looks absolutely fantastic, and the phone can output HD video to your TV. Filling out the feature list are Symbian OS, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.5G HSDPA data connectivity, push email support,
an accelerometer for rotation detection, 8GB or 16GB of internal memory
and up to 32GB of additional memory via microSD cards. Click play to see it in action or check out our Samsung Omnia HD photo gallery here.
