Twitter now supports Apple and Google sign-in options
Twitter just made it a bit easier to sign in to your account.
Twitter is adding the ability to sign in to the app with your Google account or Apple ID, according to a tweet from the company's support account Monday. The updated sign-on methods are included in the latest version of the Twitter app for iOS, the social media site confirmed to CNET, with support for the app for Android coming soon.
In June, Jane Wong, an app investigator, tweeted that Twitter was working on Google sign-in integration, according to a report from 9to5Google. The publication later reported that Twitter beta update v9.3.0-beta.04 included the Google sign-in feature.
