related to intranet and Internet access. VitalAnalysis, a new server-based
package, lets an administrator check for the quality of service a
particular user is experiencing on their network. VitalHelp tracks user
problems and correlates them for help desk personnel. VitalAnalysis is
available now for $9,995 with 100 agents. VitalHelp will roll out in December.
