Residential e-commerce and telecommunications service provider Quentra Networks has filed a petition for Chapter 11 protection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. The Los Angeles-based company said it has taken the step as part of an ongoing effort to strengthen its financial condition. Quentra will continue to maintain normal business operations, the company said in a statement.
