Short Take: MCI introduces new Net pricing

MCI Internet introduced unlimited local Internet access for $9.95 per month for the first three months and $19.95 per month thereafter. In addition to the flat-rate pricing option, MCI Internet has per-use pricing of $3.00 for the first three hours, and $1.80 for each extra hour.
