The LMS series of mini-switches includes an eight-port Ethernet switch with two Fast Ethernet ports and a four-port Ethernet switch with one Fast Ethernet port; prices start at $495. The LFX series of Fast Ethernet "extenders"--or bridges--can add length to the 100-meter distance parameters for Fast Ethernet network segments or add a Fast Ethernet link to an Ethernet network; prices start at $450 and include different connector options, such as auto-sensing.
