Short Take: iBeam announces IPO details

iBeam Broadcasting, a satellite-based Internet content distribution and streaming multimedia company, plans to offer 11 million shares of common stock at a range of between $9 and $11 each, the company outlined in federal documents today. iBeam first announced for an initial public stock offering in February, but, as is customary, did not reveal specifics of the IPO size and price at the time.
