Short Take: Cascade announces IP Navigator

Cascade Communications announced a software ATM and Frame Relay switching product for IP-based networks that can support up to 250,000 routes for information. The IP Navigator software, intended largely for ISPs, will also support Ipsilon Networks' Flow Management Protocol and Cisco Systems' Tag Distribution Protocol. IP Navigator will begin beta testing this month, with final delivery due next year.
