Cabletron Systems is set to announce another management tool for its Spectrum network management platform targeted at ISPs and corporations running frame relay networks. Frame Relay Manager, due in the second quarter, will monitor frame relay circuit bandwidth usage and associated costs. Frame Relay Manager will work with any frame relay device that supports the Internet Engineering Task Force's frame relay management information base.
