Short: Acer offers free Internet access

Buyers of Acer America's Aspire line of personal computers will get five free hours of Internet access each month for a year through ISP Concentric Network. The Aspire line targets home PC users, small offices/home offices, telecommuters, and multimedia gamers. The deal includes a Web browser, single-button Internet access, Internet registration, hot links to cool Web sites, high-speed modems, and storage for personal Web pages. PC buyers can upgrade to unlimited Net access for $20 a month.
