Verizon introduced two new handsets today, the Samsung SCH-A870 and the Nokia 6215i. The Samsung phone sports a basic flip phone design that's vaguely reminiscent of the Sprint's Samsung PM-A840. Features include a VGA camera with flash, a speakerphone, Bluetooth, analog roaming, and support for Verizon's VZ Navigator GPS service.
Also new to Verizon's list is the Nokia 6215i, which is another product of Nokia's partnership with Pantech. The stylish black flip phone offers a VGA camera, Bluetooth, an infrared port, a speakerphone, and USB connectivity support. Each phone is $49 with a two-year contract.
