LG Optimus C is for Cricket Wireless
The LG Optimus C is just like the other Optimus handsets, but made for Cricket Wireless.

The 3.2-inch display is the same as well, as is the Android 2.2 operating system. The Optimus C is designed as a basic Android phone, so we weren't surprised at the 600Mhz processor or the simple 3.2-megapixel camera that does not have an LED flash. It does have all of the usual Android smartphone features, though. They include GPS, Wi-Fi, all of the Google app support Android users are accustomed to, and even EV-DO Rev. A.
Last but not least, the Optimus C is available for $199 MSRP, but you can frequently get it lower than that due to Web discounts--right now, you can get it from Cricket for around $130 without a contract. As Cricket offers unlimited bundles for as low as $55 a month, it's not a bad deal. Check out our photo gallery of the Optimus C.
