The new console update will introduce various bug fixes across the system, particularly with the Edge browser. Larry Hryb, Xbox's longstanding communications executive, revealed on Twitter that the latest firmware update will not introduce any new system features.
At the time of going to press, it is not clear how big the update will be. According to those who previewed the beta build earlier in December, it weighed around 360MB.
