The special-edition Halo 5: Guardians Xbox One controllers announced last week at Gamescom are now available to preorder, Microsoft has announced.

Following the Master Chief vs. Spartan Locke theme of Halo 5, the two controllers are based around those characters and have different colors and designs. You can get a closer look at the controllers through the gallery below.

Both controllers sell for $70 (compared to $60 for a regular controller) and are available to preorder now from Amazon, GameStop and the Microsoft Store. They will be released in October ahead of Halo 5's release later that month.

Microsoft will also release a Halo 5-themed Xbox One console bundle this October that comes with a 1TB console, a special edition controller, copy of the game and more, for $500.

The Halo 5 release date is set for October 27.
