SimCity isn't launching until March, but there's another chance for rabid Sims fans to get a taste of the city-creating action.

EA will run a second closed beta from 1am EST on 17 February until 1am EST on 18 February. But you'll need to sign up now, as they wrap up at 1am tomorrow morning, 12 February.
