Another trailer has been released for the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet games ahead of their launch next month.

This trailer is hosted by Iono, the electric-type gym leader of Levincia. In addition to being a gym leader, Iono is a streamer and influencer. In this video, she offers hints about her mystery partner Pokemon, who will be revealed at a later date. You can watch the full trailer below.

Iono marks the third gym leader we've seen thus far from the Paldea region, the setting for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Previous trailers have introduced fans to the ice-type gym leader Grusha and the grass-type gym leader Brassius.

Pokemon has been steadily sharing new details about Scarlet and Violet in the leadup to their launch. The company released a 14-minute trailer for Scarlet and Violet on Oct. 6, offering a deep dive into the adventures that four trainers embark on. In addition to revealing new features like picnicking and the TM Machine, the trailer gave us a look at a new evolved form of Girafarig called Farigiraf.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will launch for the Nintendo Switch on Nov. 18. People who purchase one of the titles before Feb. 28, 2023, will be able to receive a special bonus Pikachu in their game.

Ahead of the games' launch, Nintendo will release a Pokemon Scarlet and Violet-themed Nintendo Switch OLED, on Nov. 4. The Switch game Splatoon 3 is also hosting a Pokemon-themed Splatfest event on Nov. 11.
