Play The Witcher 3, Cult of the Lamb and More on PlayStation Plus Now

PlayStation Plus is Sony's version of Xbox Game Pass, and it offers subscribers a large and constantly expanding library of games. There are three PlayStation Plus tiers -- Essential ($10 a month), Extra ($15 a month) and Premium ($18 a month) -- and each gives subscribers access to games. However, only subscribers to the Extra and Premium tiers can access the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. 

PlayStation recently added a dozen games to its Game Catalog, including the award-winning fantasy RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. And if you want more PlayStation Plus games, you can check out the free monthly games all subscribers -- even Essential tier subscribers -- can access in August.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

This roleplaying game is almost a decade old, but it still holds up today. You play as mercenary monster hunter Geralt of Rivia as he tries to find his adopted daughter, Ciri, before nefarious forces find her first. And if you're playing this on a PS5, you can enjoy updated visuals, newly developed mods and more improvements over the original.

Wild Hearts

Tracking down and overcoming huge, mythical beasts with a sword can be fun, and Wild Hearts asks, "Is it just as fun to hunt these creatures with different contraptions and pieces of technology?" The answer is yes. Learning how to use the building mechanics to bring down the game's beasts poses a fun and rewarding challenge. 

Cult of the Lamb

In this game, you play as an adorable little lamb who's under possession by some unknown entity and must spread the good word of the mysterious stranger. Start your own cult, build a community of woodland worshippers and choose whether to sacrifice your followers in the fight against other false prophets and cults. What could possibly go wrong?

Watch Dogs 2

A criminal organization is using an invasive operating system to monitor and control people's lives, and it's up to you and a cadre of hackers to stop it. You can achieve your goal either by stealthily hacking and manipulating the environment around your enemies or by going in with guns blazing. It's up to you.
