Microsoft Flight Simulator: Game of the Year Edition will come out Nov. 18, the company revealed Tuesday. It'll be free for existing players of the Xbox Series X|S and PC game, and adds five new aircraft, eight new airports, new discovery flights and additional tutorials.

It'll also bring DirectX 12 support for PC players and new weather systems. Those were among features requested by the game's community.

Also coming on Nov. 18 is the game's first big expansion, Reno Air Races, which adds a competitive multiplayer mode that lets you race against your friends. The basic Reno Air Races: Expansion Pack costs $20 and gets you the new modes, while the $60 Reno Air Races: Full Collection also includes 40 new aircraft.
