Rockstar Games has announced yet another limited-time event for Grand Theft Auto V.
The developer will dole out double GTA$ and RP rewards for GTA Online this week, but only for select missions. This week, those are the Set-Up Missions and the Finale for the "Series A Funding" Heist. The increased payouts run now through August 2.
Players who complete the Heist's Elite Challenges will also earn double GTA$ rewards. These challenges are:
- Complete in under 6:30
- Kill 75 enemies
- Nobody gets wasted
What's more, Rockstar is increasing the bonuses for some GTA Online activities in an effort to help players rank up faster. The following activities will offer double RP through August 2:
- Gang Attacks
- Mission: Out of Harmony
- Missions: Deliver a Package Bonus
- Deathmatch: All Kills
- Deathmatch: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place finishes
- Deathmatch: 3, 6, and 10 Kills
- Deathmatch: Power Player, Kill When Close to Death
- Vehicle Deathmatch: Kill Power Player
- Survival: Wave Reached
- Capture: RP Rewards for Collecting Mission Package
Rockstar also said it will offer temporary price cuts on various GTA Online gear and vehicles throughout the week; these will be announced across Rockstar's social channels, including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
These types of promotional events have become quite regular for GTA Online, as it's now been three weeks running that Rockstar has enticed players with extra RP and cash.
