Bethesda's RPG Fallout has tried a few different hats. There's been Monopoly and Checkers, a town sim (Fallout Shelter) and even a print-and-play tabletop game all the way back in 2001. Now it's going the whole miniature wargaming hog with Fallout: Wasteland Warfare.

Developer Modiphius Entertainment hasn't released the full details yet, but it has revealed that there will be a "wide range of factions, allies and iconic characters from the Fallout series," with 32 mm scale miniatures made out of resin. These will also include terrain, buildings and settlements.

The game itself will have a playable campaign arc, random missions, PvP and Tournament modes, solo-play AI decks, and even cooperative missions. You can sign up for news on the Mophidius website.

Fallout: Wasteland Warfare will come in November 2017.
