Back in April, Mark Zuckerberg talked about Facebook's interest in bots, chatty bits of software that could talk to you on Facebook Messenger and help you book holidays, order flowers or get food delivered. And, of course, market products at you.
That's certainly what Activision has done for the next instalment in the Call of Duty series, but at least its being pretty clever about it.
Via a tweet, the company suggested people head over to Facebook Messenger and connect with Lieutenant Reyes. The Lieutenant is, of course, a bot -- one that will start feeding you clues to solve a puzzle and open up more information about the game (which might be called Infinite Warfare).
