Get 'em hooked while they're young. Google offers schools a free online tool called Classroom, and it's marketing Chromebooks for education. Also, Evernote syncs with LinkedIn for scanning business cards.

- Behold the coming Chrome machines. Intel showcased more than 20 new computers running Google's Chrome OS. Among them are Lenovo's N20P Chromebook with a flexible hinge, the HP Chromebox and LG's all-in-one Chromebase desktop PC. Google is pushing Chromebooks for the education crowd, with roughly 10,000 schools now using the cheap laptops.
