Congratulations to John F. of Oak Park, Ill., for winning a Burg 12 smartwatch in last week's giveaway. This week, we have a gadget that one CNET reviewer calls a "must-have accessory for those with a newer iPhone or iPad."

It's the SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive, which is essentially a USB thumbdrive equipped with a Lightning connector. Use it to transfer photos and videos between your iPhone, iPad, PCs and Macs and instantly expand storage by up to 64GB.

CNET's Dong Ngo gave the device four out of five stars. "In my testing, the iXpand proved extremely easy to use and worked flawlessly as intended," he said in his review of the product , calling its media playback performance "stellar."

So what do you have to do to nab a $79.99 32GB SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive for free? There are a few rules, so please read carefully.
