Applq picks up $12 million

Applq announced Thursday it raised a $12 million second round of funding, co-led by previous investors Matrix Partners and North Bridge Venture Partners. The Burlington, Mass.-based company has raised a total of $20 million to date. Applq develops storage management software. The company uses open industry standards for managing storage systems and integrating business applications.
