When you've got your good glasses out, you can't exactly label them to remember who's been drinking out of which glass. But what if you could label your coasters? That idea is one of the things that makes the Blackboard Magnetic Coasters a particularly useful place to set your drink. The coasters have cork backs, but the fronts have a special UV-coated vinyl covering that you can write on with regular chalk--and then wipe off with a damp cloth for the next time you want to use them. The "magnetic" in the coasters' name comes from the small (yet strong) magnet embedded in the cork back of each coaster. You can keep your coasters on your fridge, or any other suitable surface when they aren't in use. You can also use the coasters to leave notes on your fridge, and the creator even suggests using them as name cards at dinner parties.

The Blackboard Magnetic Coasters are available in packs of four, and come with a pack of chalk. Each coaster measures 3.5 inches in diameter, suitable for pretty much any glass. You'll find a whole list of uses for these coasters that any other set just can't handle.
