The MacBook Pro is an excellent laptop, but we find it difficult to recommend. It's great in its own right, but it offers relatively little in comparison the standard MacBook, except perhaps in gaming terms. If you can afford it and can live with its numerous foibles, it'll be fine, but given the price, our money's with its little brother

We can see where all the money is going, though -- it's an absolutely gorgeous piece of engineering you'll spend hours just looking at. If you've got the cash, we'd thoroughly recommend it. If not, you'll get more for your money buying a Windows machine

Logitech DiNovo Edge Rechargeable Bluetooth Keyboard for Mac

In the Windows world, Logitech's diNovo edge easily beats its clunky keyboard competition. Against Apple, it stands out a bit less. The Mac Edition of the diNovo Edge is still a better keyboard overall than the iMac's default model, but not enough to justify its high price.
