The Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB is a really likeable TV for a fairly sensible price. A 1080p resolution is totally unnecessary on a 32-inch TV, but that's hardly an issue when you aren't paying through the nose for it. This TV will appeal to PlayStation 3 owners who want 1080p gaming, and probably to Blu-ray fans who don't have room for a larger TV. We also think the simple remote with large buttons makes this a good choice for older people or those who don't aren't technically inclined

While Sony didn't trot out anything earth-shattering in the TV department, its flat-panel and rear-projection LCD TVs have been refreshed for 2007.

With a built-in DVD player and excellent color accuracy, the LG 32LG40 is a top-notch choice for an all-in-one 32-inch LCD.

The Samsung LN-T4665F HDTV's picture quality exceeds that of any LCD we've tested so far, despite its shiny, reflective screen.

Although the picture quality of the stylish, expensive Sony KDL-52XBR2 falls short against like-size plasmas, it's still the best-performing LCD we've tested.

If you don't mind its red frame, the Samsung LN52A650 LCD TV will reward you with a massive feature set and excellent picture quality.
