VW Parking Assist takes the pain out of parallel parking

Hi guys, I'm Sarah Mitroff with CNet, here at CES 2015, and I'm checking out the VW Park Assist.
This new feature in Volkswagen cars helps you park without turning the steering wheel yourself.
The car takes control of the steering wheel and turns the wheel for you, but you're in charge of the gas and the brakes.
There's options for parallel parking and backing into a spot.
And if you move the steering wheel at any time, the system stops.
Cameras and sensors tell you how to navigate obstacles like other parked cars.
It's available now in the 2015 Volkswagen E Golf.
And it should go to other Volkswagen cars in the future.
It's a really cool feature that takes all of the pain out of parallel parking.
And it's really cool to take your hands off the steering wheel.
