They're kind of a boutique concept-tuner-creator, I don't know what to call them.
This thing is sort of like the electric jeep meets dune buggy meets, I don't know what.
Take these for example.

They're inflatable to get rigidity and then you can flatten them out to lay on them.
Look at the front of the car.
They call that the Identiface screen.
You can put anything you want up there.
It's an electric car so it doesn't need a grill.

I guess you can let an advertiser put their logo there and pay you?
How about your destination so hitchhikers will be able to select you properly before they stab you.
This thing up on the pillar is called a Rizzi bird after the artist James Rizzi who worked up the style.
You would change the color of these things depending on your mood, kind of like a 21st century equivalent of a bandana and a gay bar.
The tires, they're blue, of course.
Now, it's meant to be a real vehicle, sort of.
