What happens when you take the elegance of a 1930s aircraft, add a little bit of vintage retro cool from an open wheel racecar, and then throw a modern day electric drivetrain under the hood?
Well you end up with this, the Prototype 9 by Infiniti.

The prototype 9 was inspired by that fabled experience that every auto enthusiast wants to have, the barn find.
What would a Japanese barn find look like?
Well, according to the new global designer for Infiniti, Alfonso Albaisa, It would have a sleek hand hammered steel hood wrapped around a steel ladder, 19 inch spoke wheels and an interior that leaves no room for distractions.

Infinity will be showing off the prototype 9 at the Pebble Beach, concours to [UNKNOWN], we're pretty sure its going to make a big hit.
