No fob required with the Hyundai Sonata Digital Key

[MUSIC] There's a lot to like about the new 2020 Hyundai Sonata. It's got a great turbocharged engine, it looks like the business, but it's also got a lot of new tech. Not the least of which is this new digital key, that's right, you can operate your car from your phone. So we've seen this before and all over another menu factors in terms of just having an App right? I can unlock the car,i can start the engine,i can sound the alarm that is really nothing new but where it's new here for a handy is, i can actually use this to start my car. Now, when you get your Sonata, you'll still get two traditional key fobs, you'll get the app and then you'll get this NFC card. It kinda acts as a backup to the app. So you can either unlock your remotely or you can go ahead and put you phone or the NFC card right next to the door handle and that can gets you access as well. And just slide behind the wheel, put the phone into this wireless charger/NFC reader and bingo you're in business. Robert's got access to this car for about wow, a full year. But i can limit that time as i see fit and i can limit the functions as well. So if i don't want Robot to have access to the trunk,Robot is not gonna have any access to the trunk. This digital key is centered on all 2020 Sonatas and everything except for the base model and the app is free. But keep in mind this ony works on Android phone so Apple users sorry you are out of luck
