Fiskers back and it's all electric baby at CES 2020 with the debut of this the Fisker Ocean, a compact EV SUV.
Now there are two things that you really need to know about this thing right now.
And the first is that with an 80 kilowatt hour lithium ion battery pack you're expecting around the 250 to 300 mile range that's the target, hasn't been confirmed just yet The second thing you need to know is the price.
It starts at $37,499 or call it an even 30k when you factor in tax incentives.
That makes it less expensive than the Tesla Model 3. Fisker also has competitive leasing options which are also less expensive than the standard range Model 3. You can check us out over on theroadshow.com for a full price breakdown there.
Now performance details are a little TBD for now.
But what we do know is that Fisker is targeting a zero to 60 time of around 2.9 seconds for performance version of this vehicle and it'll be available in two wheel drive and four wheel drive.
We also know that it's gonna be loaded up with all sorts of interesting eco and entertainment features, ranging from a solar roof that helps the battery out a little bit when you're parked in the sun.
There's more screens than you know what to do with in its eco-suede interior.
And there's also a feature called California mode which lowers all the glass on the vehicle.
Basically transforming it into an open air vehicle.
A Fisker says they're gonna start taking pre orders on this thing with a $250 reservation production starts in 2021 and expect the first deliveries to hit in around 2022 Be sure to check out the rest of our coverage over on the droadshow.com, including Pfister's deal with electrify america to charge this thing.
