Tesla's CEO Elon Musk is known for tweeting mysterious things and he's continuing that trend with mention of a master plan part two that will soon be made public. We're not sure what he's on about. But in 2006 he released a blog post with a similar name that eluded to two future vehicles the models and model three. Before he became a household name as part of the Top Gear team Chris Harris was making web videos featuring some of the world's most impressive cars. Now he's returning to forum with his new show Chris Harris on cars. Which debut's on BBC America tonight at nine pm eastern. Expect lots of flighty antics and as always plenty of poignant commentary.
