>> You know it's that great time of year again, not the holidays per se, but the holiday for car lovers. Detroit's North American international auto show and I'm going to be there, Brian Cooley with the whole CNET.com car tech crew to bring it to you in living color. Some of the vehicles were very excited about include these, Mercedes reportedly will show off a drop top S class, they'll take an S600 V-12 it is rumored in show up with a convertible that is likely for production, that should be very elegant. On a more affordable side we are looking for a Mitsubishi concept called the prototype X, it could be the next generation lancer evolution. Going over to the side of a little more affordable still, we're looking at the Jaguar S type going away, what would replace it? Something called the XF, we should see that prototype as well, they've only released one shot, this sort of rear three-quarter hind view, but it looks I get very different car than the S we know today. And finally Lexus has the first of their F series performance cars coming out, the F class or the F series will be their competition for BMWs M and Mercedes AMG. The first one to bow will be the ISF with the V-8 and the eight speed tranny out of the big LS 460 that should be an interesting package as well. Those are just some of the cars we are going to be watching for and bringing them all to you starting the week of January 8, at cars.CNET.com.
